Return Policy

All sales are final, however if you receive inaccurate merchandise or defective items please contact us immediately. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • If the item is inaccurate or defective, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 2 days of the delivery date.

    • All original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.

  2. Items Not Eligible for Returns:

    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

    • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

  3. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  5. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  6. Exchanges:

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
