Thank you for choosing REDD YADA, LLC. Before making a purchase, please read and understand our terms and conditions regarding purchases and refunds:

Purchase and Refund Terms and Conditions

1. Purchase Agreement:

  • By making a purchase through REDD YADA, LLC, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Payment:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Custom orders require a deposit equal to half of the purchase price. The balance is due upon completion.

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, AfterPay and other secure payment methods.

  • All sales are final.

3. Refund Policy:

  • We strive to provide products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. However, even though all sales are final, you may request a refund within two (2) days of receiving the item if the item is *defective or there was an error on our part.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customized items are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within two (2) days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a store credit may be offered instead.

  • Customized items are not exchangeable.

5. *Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within two (2) days of receiving the item.

  • Note: We are not responsible for damages caused during shipment. Depending upon the degree of the damage we may offer solutions (such as a store credit or reduced price replacement item) at our discretion.

6. Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders are final and non-refundable unless the item defective or there was an error on our part after final approval was given by the customer.

  • We will work closely with you to ensure that your custom order meets your specifications and expectations.

  • Unless otherwise requested, your custom order design will be shared in/on our marketing and promotional materials. All attempts will be made to blur faces to protect your privacy. Personal details and/or ordering information will not be shared.

7. Shipping:

  • Your order will be shipped typically within 5-7 business days depending on the item. Please allow 10-14 business days for custom orders. Bulk orders may take longer. 

  • Items are shipped by the method you chose at checkout unless that method is no longer available. 

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other carrier issues.

  • If you are Picking-up your order, please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready to be picked up.  All pick-ups are from our public pick-up location and by appointment only.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • REDD YADA, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
