A *non-refundable deposit equal to half of the total cost is required prior to providing any samples/proofs. Your deposit will go towards your total balance, which will be due upon completion.

You will be entitled to one minor change (if needed) after final production / before printing at no cost to you. Major and/or additional changes or modifications may require an additional fee unless it is the result of an error on our part.

Once items have been printed/pressed, no changes or modifications may be done. A new order will have to be placed at your expense unless there was an error on our part.

*If you've paid a deposit and we cannot accommodate your initial request, your deposit may be refunded or applied to a future order at your discretion.
